As it is predominantly read by women there is a big "female" factor in the advert and that is the use of the wedding. Weddings are one of if not the biggest thing in a womans life so to use this in their ad campaign is very clever marketing.
The majority of the advert is made up of an image of a bride and groom stood at the alter, on what is clealy their wedding, and the only thing that makes this different to any other wedding is the fact that they both have a giant bingo ball on their head! This makes the reader look and think that maybe if they sign up and play bingo, they can use the winnings to pay for their own wedding, or at least be as happy as the two people in the advert must be.The campaign that they use is "calling all bingoheads".
